Abstract
Los Ig Nobel son premios que se entregan a científicos que han realizado investigaciones curiosas, inusuales, absurdas e imaginativas y que hacen que las personas, en primer lugar, se rían, para que luego piensen y reflexionen. El objetivo de este premio es estimular a la población para que se interese por la ciencia. A pesar que algunas personas consideran este premio un desprestigio, los Ig Nobel se han ganado el respeto a través de los años, tanto así que, muchas veces el premio es entregado por ganador de los Premios Nobel.
