Propuesta de implementación de un sistema digital integrado para el fortalecimiento de la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Satipo Ltda.

Abstract

El presenta trabajo de suficiencia profesional tiene como objetivo principal proponer la implementación de un sistema digital integrado para optimizar la gestión de acopio, contabilidad y comercial de la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Satipo Ltda., organización dedicada a la exportación de café y cacao orgánico en la provincia de Satipo, departamento de Junín.

En el primer capítulo, se presenta la descripción general de la cooperativa y un análisis del entorno externo e interno, en este apartado se identifica que la principal problemática es la falta de integración y fluidez en la información entre las áreas, lo que genera duplicidad de información, dificultades en la coordinación y control de procesos internos.

En el segundo capítulo se desarrolla el marco teórico, en el cual se analizan investigaciones previas y fundamentos vinculados con la gestión empresarial y la implementación de sistemas ERP en el ámbito agroexportador, estableciendo así la base conceptual que sustenta la propuesta. En el tercer capítulo, se presentan y comparan tres alternativas tecnológicas: SAP Business One, Odoo y Dynamics 365. Como resultado de la revisión, se concluye que Odoo constituye la alternativa más idónea por su flexibilidad, accesibilidad y capacidad de centralizar información, fortaleciendo la operatividad de la cooperativa.

The main objective of this professional sufficiency work is to propose the implementation of an integrated digital system to optimize the management of inventory, accounting, and commercial operations within the Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Satipo Ltda., an organization dedicated to export of organic coffee and cocoa in the province of Satipo, department of Junín.

The first chapter presents a general description of the cooperative and an analysis of its internal and external environment. In this section, the main issue identified is the lack of integration and fluidity of information among the areas, which results in data duplication and difficulties in the coordination and control of internal processes.

The second chapter develops the theoretical framework, analyzing previous research and conceptual foundations related to business management and the implementation of ERP systems in the agro-export sector, thereby establishing the conceptual basis that supports the proposal. The third chapter presents and compares three technological alternatives: SAP Business One, Odoo, and Dynamics 365. Based on the evaluation, it is concluded that Odoo represents the most suitable alternative due to its flexibility, accessibility, and capacity to centralize information, thereby strengthening the cooperative’s operational performance.
