Análisis del uso del storytelling audiovisual en eventos académicos: el primer congreso internacional de simulación interdisciplinaria de la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia

Abstract

El recap del Primer Congreso Internacional de Simulación Interdisciplinaria de la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia evidencia cómo es que un registro institucional visual, puede pasar a ser una pieza audiovisual eficaz mediante el uso del storytelling. Mediante el montaje, los planos, la musicalización y diferentes recursos técnicos. El equipo que realizó dicha tarea logró ordenar la información y enseñar la dinámica del evento académico de forma clara, entendible y atractiva. El análisis de este documento en estudio entiende cómo las decisiones tomadas por el equipo potenciaron la comunicación visual y ayudaron a presentar un congreso masivo de forma concisa y sintetizada, resaltando a los protagonistas y guiando la atención y el entendimiento del espectador. Este trabajo busca sumar criterios para posibles investigaciones futuras sobre producciones académicas que tengan la misión de comunicar, por las redes sociales, eventos académicos con exactitud, coherencia y una estructura bien realizada.

The recap of The first International congress of interdisciplinary simulation of the Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia show how a visual institutional record can become an effective audiovisual piece through the use of storytelling. The team that carried out this task managed to organize the information and teach the dynamics of the academic event in a clear, understandable and attractive way. The analysis of this document under study understands how the decisions made by the team enhanced visual communication and helped to present a massive congress in a concise and synthesized way, highlighting the protagonists and guiding the viewer’s attention and understanding. This work seeks to add criteria for possible future research on academic productions that have the mission of communicating, through social networks, academic events with accuracy, coherence and a well-executed structure.
