Vivienda Social en Tarapoto

Abstract

La presente investigación propone, con su planteamiento crítico, un proyecto de Vivienda Social en la ciudad de Tarapoto, con énfasis en Arquitectura Sostenible. En esa línea, se pretende mostrar la influencia del diseño arquitectónico ecológico, considerando los desafíos del lugar, como el clima tropical y la topografía ondulante, para garantizar el confort térmico y acústico espacial. De igual manera, se procura exponer la Teoría del Color en arquitectura, para crear ambientes estimulantes que aporten al bienestar psicológico de las familias de los NSE C y D. Además, se estudia la evolución de la tipología a nivel nacional e internacional, así como las soluciones arquitectónicas de proyectos referenciales que presentan el concepto de sostenibilidad, y que sirven como base para formular criterios de diseño a utilizar en la tesis.

This research proposes, with its critical approach, a Social Housing project in the city of Tarapoto, with an emphasis on Sustainable Architecture. Along these lines, it is intended to show the influence of ecological architectural design, considering the challenges of the place, such as the tropical climate and the undulating topography, to guarantee spatial thermal and acoustic comfort. In the same way, it seeks to expose the Theory of Color in architecture, to create stimulating environments that contribute to the psychological well-being of the families of SES C and D. In addition, the evolution of the typology at a national and international level is studied, as well as the architectural solutions of referential projects that present the concept of sustainability, and that serve as a basis for formulating design criteria to be used in the thesis.
