Colegio de Alto Rendimiento (COAR) en la región de Cusco (Oropesa)

Abstract

El presente estudio analiza la infraestructura del COAR Cusco, uno de los tres colegios comprendidos en el "Proyecto Iniciativa Privada Cofinanciada COAR CENTRO", identificado con el código único de inversión N.º 24429909. Esta iniciativa, declarada viable por el Ministerio de Educación y publicada en el diario oficial El Peruano, tiene como propósito la construcción de infraestructuras educativas de alto nivel en las regiones de Cusco, Huancavelica y Pasco. No obstante, un informe de evaluación del diseño e implementación de los Colegios de Alto Rendimiento indica que estos centros educativos no logran cumplir con los parámetros definidos en la normativa técnica "Criterios de Diseño para Colegios de Alto Rendimiento" (Resolución Viceministerial N.º 050-2019-MINEDU, 2019), ya que sus instalaciones han sido adaptadas a edificaciones originalmente diseñadas para un modelo educativo distinto. En este contexto, el estudio busca analizar las deficiencias en la infraestructura actual del COAR Cusco y proponer soluciones arquitectónicas que garanticen el cumplimiento de los estándares normativos, mejorando así las condiciones de enseñanza y aprendizaje en estos centros de alto rendimiento.

The present study examines the infrastructure of COAR Cusco, one of the three schools included in the "COAR CENTRO Co-Financed Private Initiative Project," identified with the unique investment code No. 24429909. This initiative, declared viable by the Ministry of Education and published in the official gazette El Peruano, aims to construct high-level educational infrastructure in the regions of Cusco, Huancavelica, and Pasco. However, an evaluation report on the design and implementation of the High-Performance Schools indicates that these educational centers do not comply with the parameters defined in the technical regulation "Design Criteria for High-Performance Schools" (Vice-Ministerial Resolution N. º 050-2019-MINEDU, 2019), as their facilities have been adapted from buildings originally designed for a different educational model. In this context, the study seeks to analyze the deficiencies in the current infrastructure of COAR Cusco and propose architectural solutions that ensure compliance with normative standards, thereby improving the teaching and learning conditions in these high-performance schools.
