Abstract

La violencia, la pobreza y el abandono infantil son los problemas más trascendentales en nuestra sociedad, repercutiendo en la formación de las personas y conlleva a riesgos psicosociales como la delincuencia, pandillaje y otros factores que trastocan la convivencia sana entre las personas, por ello, nuestro estudio está dirigido a uno de los sectores más vulnerables como son los niños y adolescentes. En respuesta a la problemática, los Centros de Atención Residencial de Niños y Adolescentes (CAR) contribuyen en la evolución del menor, El propósito de la investigación es realizar un análisis sobre la carencia de los Centros y su infraestructura, A su vez indagaremos en los requerimientos que presenta la tipología y como este contribuirá en la evolución del menor. EL CAR, a través de la neuro-arquitectura permitirá diseñar y construir, espacios basados en sus principios, los cuales, a través de su forma, función y relación con el entorno, permitirán generar un enriquecimiento y estimular la memoria, además de mejorar las habilidades cognitivas y se evitará el estrés del usuario. En el presente documento, analizará al usuario y los ambientes más importantes en el cual se desenvuelve, Además se definirá el programa arquitectónico del CAR, por lo cual se determinará la elección del terreno, y se mencionara las características por el cual fue elegido, luego se armará un expediente técnico del terreno y, por último, se precisará los parámetros de diseño según la norma y las necesidades que presenta el programa arquitectónico.

In addition, the architectural program of the CAR will be defined, for which the choice of land will be determined, and the characteristics for which it was chosen will be mentioned, then a technical file of the land will be prepared and, finally, the design parameters of the land will be specified. according to the norm and the needs presented by the architectural program.
