San Francisco de Asís Emblematic Educational InstitucionAbstract
La presente tesis es tipología de educación básica regular en el distrito de Pachacamac, comprende los tres niveles básicos de educación; inicial, primaria y secundaria con énfasis en la neuroarquitectura. Este proyecto nace dentro de una problemática que emerge el distrito y como resultante de una larga investigación y análisis se realizó el desarrollo. El colegio se emplaza en una zona residencial de densidad media en un área de 25,189.20 m2 de forma rectangular ocupando una manzana entera con una pendiente de 0 a - 7 m a lo largo, lo cual se trabajó a través de plataformas separando los niveles educativos. Para dicho emplazamiento se tomó en cuenta la data climática, normativa, factores urbanos, arquitectónicos y referenciales. Al ser un proyecto de reconstrucción se realizó un análisis previo de 3 instituciones educativas con similitudes para poder hacer la evaluación y comparativa dando como resultante la Institución Educativa Emblemática San Francisco de Asís N°1702. Este colegio es una reconstrucción global de sus instalaciones, atiende a un número mayor de usuarios en un solo horario. Aparte de ello cuenta con áreas deportivas que se comparte con la comunidad e infraestructura para los alumnos como biblioteca, laboratorios, talleres y sum. También se incorporó vegetación usando fauna de la zona con plantas de bajo costo y mantenimiento. A continuación, se presentará el análisis de lo antes mencionado, la problemática, justificación y desarrollo del mismo con el énfasis y conclusiones.This thesis presents a typology of regular basic education in the Pachacamac district. It encompasses the three basic levels of education: pre-school, primary and secondary with an emphasis of neuroarchitecture. This project arose from an emerging problem in the district and was developed as a result of extensive research and analysis. The school is located in a residential area of medium density within a plot of 25,189.20 m2 of rectangular shape that occupies an entrance block with a slope of 0 to -7 m which was worked through platforms separating educational levels. For this location, climatic data, regulations, urban, architectural and reference factors were taken into account. Being a reconstruction project, a previous analysis of 3 educational institutions with similarities was carried out to be able to make the evaluation and comparison resulting in the Emblematic Educational Institution San Francisco of Asis N° 1702. This school is a global reconstruction of its facilities where the project serves a greater number of users in a single schedule apart from it has sports areas, shared uses such as library, laboratories, workshops, sum and areas that are shared with the community, vegetation was also incorporated throughout the project using fauna of the area and vegetation with low cost in maintenance. Next, the analysis of the aforementioned will be presented, the problem, justification and development of it with the emphasis and conclusions
