NUEVO COLEGIO ABRAHAM VALDELOMAR DE SAN JUAN DE LURIGANCHO

Abstract

El edificio está basado en la ejecución de una nueva infraestructura de una institución educativa Básica Regular en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho. Originado debido al déficit de estructura del actual colegio que no cuentan con techos, pisos y paredes en buen estado y fue reemplazado con aulas prefabricadas. Este nuevo colegio se desarrolla en principio de la arquitectura flexible y sus diferentes estrategias de diseño que permite la unión entre el área urbana existente y la estructura social. Por esta razón, se plantea un proyecto que imita a su perfil urbano. Es importante desarrollar una construcción que efectué las características arquitectónicas de una institución educativa de educación básica, en el cual se desarrolle la metodología actual corriente socio- constructivista.

The building is based on the execution of a new infrastructure of a Regular Basic educational institution in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. Originated due to the structural deficit of the current school that does not have ceilings, floors and walls in good condition and was replaced with prefabricated classrooms. This new school is developed on the principle of flexible architecture and its different design strategies that allow the union between the existing urban area and the social structure. For this reason, a project is proposed that imitates its urban profile. It is important to develop a construction that carries out the architectural characteristics of a basic education school, in which the current current socio-constructivist methodology is developed.
