Application Web for Issuing and Managing Electronic Payment Vouchers in Companies with Financial DepartmentsAbstract
Developed using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with Oracle Application Express (APEX), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Autonomous Database, the system automates the receipt, validation, and recording of electronic documents following regulatory standards set by SUNAT. The application provides intuitive interfaces enabling suppliers and internal users to upload XML files, perform automatic validations, and monitor the status of each voucher, ensuring authenticity through digital signatures backed by tax certificates. The conducted tests demonstrated a success rate of 99% and a significant reduction in processing time, from two days with manual methods to just 15 seconds per voucher, substantially enhancing operational efficiency and the traceability required for tax compliance
