The proposal envisions the development of a higher technological education center focused on the improvement of native potato seedlings, located on the outskirts of Huancayo, Junín, Peru. It emerges in response to the lack of adequate infrastructure available for native potato producers. Native potatoes hold deep cultural roots in Peru, being an ancestral practice that dates back to the 17th century. Today, this tradition is threatened by climate change and the limited access to agricultural education. In response, the project proposes an integral and flexible architectural design that promotes evolutionary learning through active and collaborative spaces focused on experiential and cooperative education, as well as research on the tuber.
