Conjunto Residencial en Barrios Altos

Abstract

El conjunto residencial es el lugar en el cual se le permite al ser humano desarrollar una vida comunitaria, por lo tanto, la vivienda se convierte en un medio fundamental de desarrollo donde se satisfacen sus necesidades básicas en una cuidad gentrificada como Lima, sin embargo, el Perú ocupa el tercer puesto con mayor déficit habitacional a nivel de Latinoamérica. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo generar criterios de diseño para la implementación de un conjunto residencial que satisfaga la necesidad de densificación alta. Estos criterios, siguen lineamientos formales, funcionales y tecnológicos necesarios que aumentan la calidad de vida de los habitantes. Nuestro interés, recae en el corazón del Cercado de Lima - Barrios Altos, en el cual se ve una oportunidad de unir el entorno urbano histórico con la vivienda habitable. Se investigan los motivos y posibles soluciones para reducir la brecha del servicio de vivienda, a través de proyectos referenciales nacionales e internacionales. Así mismo, se determinan las definiciones, involucrados, condiciones y características que conllevan a dar como resultado un conjunto residencial.

The residential building is the place where the human being is allowed to develop a community life, therefore, housing becomes a fundamental means of development where their basic needs are met in a gentrified city like Lima, however, Peru ranks third with the highest housing deficit in Latin America. The objective of this work is to generate design criteria for the implementation of a residential complex that satisfies the need for high densification. These criteria follow formal, functional, ~and technological guidelines necessary to increase the quality of life of the inhabitants. Our interest lies in the heart of the Cercado de Lima - Barrios Altos, where we see an opportunity to unite the historic urban environment with habitable housing. The reasons and possible solutions to reduce the housing service gap are investigated through national and international reference projects. Also, the definitions, people involved, conditions and characteristics that lead to result in a residential building are determined.
