Centro de Atención Residencial Mixto para Adultos Mayores en San Borja

Abstract

El presente trabajo plantea como objetivo principal el desarrollo de un centro residencial mixto para adultos mayores en el distrito de San Borja que llegue a cubrir las necesidades básicas tales como una vivienda digna, alimentación nutritiva y regulada, comunicación y recreación social como también el constante de su salud. Este proyecto parte con el objetivo de concientizar a la sociedad sobre este grupo social y el problema creciente que se generara si no hay ambientes que brinden cuidado óptimo de esta población, fomentando así una conexión social y generacional, como de intercambio cultural en el área. La investigación comprende también el estudio de las características de la tipología de la edificación como de las necesidades y cuidados del usuario que generan un margen para el desarrollo de un programa, área y zonificación en el diseño del proyecto. Así mismo, la importancia de áreas verdes en este proyecto, siendo una característica importante en el desarrollo del proyecto siendo este involucrado en aspectos arquitectónicos de comunicación de espacios como de aspectos sociales y emocionales para el usuario para el desarrollo de sus actividades diarias.

The main objective of this work is to develop a mixed residential center for seniors in the district of San Borja that will cover basic needs such as decent housing, nutritious and regulated food, communication and social recreation as well as constant health care. This project is based on the objective of raising awareness in society about this social group and the growing problem that will be generated if there are no environments that provide optimal care for this population, thus promoting a social and generational connection, as well as cultural exchange in the area. The research also includes the study of the characteristics of the building typology as well as the needs and care of the user that generate a margin for the development of a program, area and zoning in the design of the project. Likewise, the importance of green areas in this project, being an important characteristic in the development of the project, being involved in architectural aspects of communication of spaces as well as social and emotional aspects for the user for the development of their daily activities.
