Propuesta de mejora para reducir el incumplimiento de pedidos en la línea de producción de zapatillas tela andina mediante la implementación Lean Manufacturing en una empresa de calzado

Abstract

En Perú, las industrias del calzado, compuestas por medianas, pequeñas y micro empresas, se unen en agrupaciones con el objetivo de incrementar su capacidad de producción y satisfacer los pedidos del cliente; no obstante, carecen de métodos de producción y mantenimiento en sus procesos. Por lo tanto, el propósito de esta investigación es incrementar la disponibilidad de la maquinaria más significativa para la transformación productiva del calzado, lo que aumentará la capacidad de producción y, consecuentemente, disminuirá el incumplimiento de demanda en una compañía de calzado en la ciudad de Lima. Al respecto, se realiza un análisis para implementar herramientas Lean Manufacturing (Mantenimiento Productivo Total, 5S y Gestión Visual). El documento está conformado por 5 capítulos. El primero consiste en el análisis del sector y la revisión de estudios previos a través del estado de arte. El segundo abarca el análisis del contexto real de la empresa. En base a ello, el capítulo 3 desarrolla la construcción e implementación del modelo de aporte. Luego, el capítulo 4 detalla el procedimiento de validación mediante un simulador de eventos, así como la valoración financiera de la mejora. El informe concluye con las conclusiones y las sugerencias. De acuerdo con los hallazgos recogidos en el capítulo 4, su puesta en marcha posibilita aumentar la disponibilidad del equipo y, en consecuencia, disminuir la tasa de incumplimiento de pedidos.

In Peru, the footwear industries, made up of medium, small and micro companies, join together in groups with the aim of increasing their production capacity and satisfying customer orders; However, they lack production and maintenance methods in their processes. Finally, the objective is to increase the availability of the most relevant machine in the productive transformation of footwear, which will increase the productive capacity and, with this, reduce the failure to fulfill orders in a footwear factory in Lima. Therefore, an analysis is carried out to implement Lean Manufacturing tools (Total Productive Maintenance, 5”S” and Visual Management). The document is made up of 5 chapters. The first consists of the analysis of the sector and the review of previous studies through the state of the art. The second covers the diagnosis of the last situation, in which the main problem and its main causes are presented. Based on this, chapter 3 develops the construction and implementation of the proposal model. Subsequently, chapter 4 describes the validation method through the simulation of events in the ARENA software, and the economic evaluation of the improvement. The document ends with conclusions and recommendations. According to the results obtained in chapter 4, its implementation allows increasing the availability of the equipment and; Finally, reduce the order non-fulfillment rate.
