Mejora en la gestión de proyectos en una empresa de construcción

Abstract

El presente análisis presenta la problemática relacionada con la administración económica y gestión de proyectos en una empresa multinacional con presencia en el mercado relacionada a la ingeniería especializada. Los objetivos específicos del trabajo son: i) analizar los factores que inciden en la falta de control financiero, ii) investigar sobre las posibles soluciones a la situación identificada, iii) Evaluar las diferentes alternativas para mitigar la dificultad detectada. La motivación para llevar a cabo este estudio se debe a los distintos inconvenientes a los que se ha enfrentado la empresa con respecto a su administración económica, incluyendo la falta de sistema para llevar un correcto control de sus presupuestos. Para abordar estos desafíos, se realizó un análisis cualitativo, en las que se realizó una investigación exhaustiva de la literatura junto con el análisis situacional de la organización y por supuesto con el estudio de los documentos brindados por la empresa. Las alternativas presentadas son: Bim 5D, Modelo integral de costos y SAP ERP; en donde se concluyó que el uso y a implementación de SAP ERP es la alternativa más viable para la solución directa de la problemática. Esta propuesta permite conocer y manejar de forma más eficiente el sistema financiero de la empresa, lo cual se traduce en que obtendrá mayores rentabilidades de los proyectos.

This analysis presents the problems related to financial management at Soletanche Bachy, a multinational company with a presence in the specialized engineering market. The specific objectives of this work are: i) to analyze the factors that influence the lack of financial control, ii) to investigate possible solutions to the identified situation, and iii) to investigate different alternatives to mitigate the detected difficulty. The motivation for carrying out this study is the various inconveniences the company has faced with respect to its financial management, including the lack of a system to properly control its budgets. To address these challenges, a quantitative analysis was performed, in which an exhaustive literature review was carried out, along with a situational analysis of the organization and, of course, a study of the documents provided by the company. The alternatives presented are: BIM 5D, Integrated Cost Model, and SAP ERP; it was concluded that the use and implementation of SAP ERP is the most viable alternative for a direct solution to the problem. This proposal allows for more efficient understanding and management of the company's financial system, which translates into greater project returns.
