The main objective of this Professional Proficiency Assessment was to improve the operational management of the admission and monitoring cycle for companies financed by the Tasatop fintech platform. Specifically, the objectives were to reduce excessive validation times, minimize internal reprocessing, strengthen the accuracy of credit scoring, and reduce technological incidents and claims for late payments. To achieve these objectives, a methodology was applied that included internal and external analysis using IFE, EFE, SWOT matrices, and Ishikawa diagrams. As a result, operational weaknesses and opportunities were clearly identified, and the implementation of the Kaizen model was selected as the optimal alternative. Finally, it was concluded that the Kaizen approach, through continuous improvement and the active participation of all employees, would significantly reduce the detected inefficiencies, improve the user experience, and strengthen Tasatop's strategic position in the Peruvian fintech market.
