Aplicación móvil construida en flutter para la gestión de pagos de servicios en Pymes

Abstract

El presente documento tiene como propósito la implementación de una aplicación móvil construida en flutter para la gestión de pago de servicios en pymes. El objetivo de esta aplicación se centrará en reducir la gestión manual de los pagos de servicios de luz, agua, teléfono, entre otros y también ayudará a evitar errores humanos en la gestión financiera y pagos de servicios. Además, los beneficios que tendrá el aplicativo móvil será reducir los costos y tiempos de los empleados en cada jornada laboral evitando también los cobros excesivos sin previo aviso en sus recibos. Asimismo, su interface y experiencia de usuario será fácil, rápida y segura al momento de realizar cualquier tipo de transacción, puesto que contará con sistemas de seguridad como el número mínimo de caracteres, mayúsculas, minúsculas, números y caracteres especiales para garantizar la identidad correcta de la persona que ingrese a la aplicación móvil y esto estará enfocados en los jefes de pequeñas y medianas empresas.

The purpose of this document is the implementation of a mobile application built in flutter for the management of utility payments in SMEs. The objective of this application will focus on reducing the manual management of utility payments for electricity, water, telephone, etc. and will also help to avoid human errors in financial management and utility payments. In addition, the benefits that the mobile application will have will be to reduce the costs and time of employees in each workday also avoiding unannounced overcharges in their receipts. Likewise, its interface and user experience will be easy, fast and safe at the moment of making any type of transaction, since it will have security systems such as the minimum number of characters, uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters to guarantee the correct identity of the person who enters the mobile application and this will be focused on the heads of small and medium-sized companies.
