El presente documento es producto de la investigación y el análisis de un sector de la ciudad de Lima, Barrios Altos. Se estudia al usuario y sus necesidades, y el entorno para poder diseñar los espacios adecuados que respondan a los requerimientos de los pobladores de la zona y permita difundir, conservar y promover la cultura criolla arraigada en sus pobladores y que es parte de la identidad cultural que los distingue. Los espacios polivalentes permiten que el usuario pueda desarrollar distintas actividades y festividades dentro del Centro y así ayudar a un integro desarrollo social sostenible. La infraestructura proyectada busca respetar además con las directrices normadas como Zona Urbano Monumental correspondiente a la Plazuela Buenos Aires. Responde a través del ritmo, escala y proporción conservar el lenguaje propio del lugar y así consolidar este eje urbano como un eje cultural que permita la regeneración urbana progresiva a través del espacio urbano y el uso del Centro Cultural Comunitario Buenos Aires.This document is the product of research and analysis of a sector of the city of Lima, Barrios Altos. The user and their needs are studied, as well as the environment to design the appropriate spaces that meet the requirements of the Barrios Altos neighborhood and allow the dissemination, preservation, and promotion of the Criolla culture rooted in its inhabitants and that is part of the cultural identity that distinguishes them. The multipurpose spaces allow the user to organize different activities and festivities to be held within the Center and thus contribute to sustainable social development. The projected infrastructure also seeks to respect the guidelines established as Urban Monumental Zone corresponding to the Plazuela Buenos Aires. It responds through rhythm, scale, and proportion to preserve the character of the place and thus consolidate this urban axis as a cultural axis allowing progressive urban regeneration through the urban space and the use of the Buenos Aires Community Cultural.
