Abstract

La ciudad de Arequipa y su parque automotor de vehículos pesados, demanda de servicios de mantenimiento rápido y eficiente, un segmento que actualmente no está completamente cubierto. Esto genera una oportunidad de negocio para satisfacer las necesidades de este sector. Por tanto, se realizará una investigación de mercado mixta: cuantitativa y cualitativa; para evaluar la viabilidad del negocio. Se analizarán estadísticas del mercado, demanda actual y futura, así como las entrevistas con empresarios del sector de transporte. El objetivo principal es evaluar la viabilidad de implementar este taller en Cerro Colorado – Arequipa, enfocado en ofrecer un servicio express de alta calidad y atención especializada, diferenciándose de la competencia por su agilidad, especialización y servicio al cliente El Servicio Express de mantenimiento de vehículos, atenderá a empresas de transporte de carga pesada. El taller “servicio express 360” se especializará en el mantenimiento correctivo, enfocándose en los frenos y el sistema eléctrico.
