Centro de Atención Residencial Mixto para Adulto Mayor en Ate

Abstract

El siguiente proyecto es una exploración de la conexión entre la arquitectura y el exterior (entorno) de como el paisaje busca otorgar al usuario un lugar agradable y la atención de calidad para personas adultas mayores en el distrito de Ate. La integración del entorno entre la arquitectura, calle interior, los espacios integradores como patios interiores y los ambientes polivalentes se ejecutan a través de la implementación de lenguajes de la arquitectura analizados que contribuyen al bienestar del usuario como por ejemplo las texturas, luz, color y su relación tanto directa como indirecta con el paisaje, generando el efecto In-between que permite estar dentro del edificio, pero experimentando la sensación de estar en el exterior. Por otro lado, el proyecto pone énfasis en los espacios de encuentro entre el paciente y sus familiares, con el fin de fortalecer el vínculo familiar, lo cual es crucial para la recuperación y el bienestar emocional del paciente. El objetivo es reflejar en el diseño del Centro de Atención Residencial en el distrito de Ate es disminuir el problema de físico y sensorial del adulto mayor para lo que se propone adaptación de espacios adecuados que cumplan sus necesidades básicas y el desarrollo personal. Por ello, se requiere un diseño de alta calidad espacial que incorpore los conceptos adecuados y, al mismo tiempo, permita preservar la privacidad y autonomía durante el mayor tiempo posible. Con esta finalidad se reunirá criterios necesarios desde usuarios, el entorno urbano, programa arquitectónico y el énfasis del In-between para un buen funcionamiento de la Residencia.

The following project is an exploration of the connection between architecture and the exterior (environment) of how the landscape seeks to provide the user with a pleasant place and quality care for older adults in the Ate district. The integration of the environment between architecture, interior street, integrative spaces such as interior patios and multipurpose environments is executed through the implementation of analyzed architectural languages ​​that contribute to the well-being of the user such as textures, light, color and its direct and indirect relationship with the landscape, generating the In-between effect that allows you to be inside the building, but experiencing the sensation of being outside. On the other hand, the project places emphasis on meeting spaces between the patient and their families, in order to strengthen the family bond, which is crucial for the recovery and emotional well-being of the patient. The objective is to reflect in the design of the Residential Care Center in the Ate district is to reduce the physical and sensory problem of the elderly, for which it is proposed to adapt appropriate spaces that meet their basic needs and personal development. Therefore, a high-quality spatial design is required that incorporates the appropriate concepts and, at the same time, allows privacy and autonomy to be preserved for as long as possible. For this purpose, the necessary criteria will be met from the users, the urban environment, the architectural program and the emphasis of the Intermediate for the proper functioning of the Residence.
