Plan para la dirección del proyecto MEJORAMIENTO DE CALLES EN EL A.H. 10 DE SETIEMBRE, DISTRITO DE CHIMBOTE, PROVINCIA DEL SANTA - ANCASH, II- ETAPA, SNIP N° 216696, aplicando las buenas prácticas de dirección de proyectos del PMI y Lean Construction”

Abstract

El presente estudio de investigación elaborado adopta como objetivo principal dar a conocer que la ejecución de las buenas prácticas y estándares de la guía del PMBOK® sexta edición y la filosofía del Lean Construction , sirven de base para efectuar el desarrollo del plan considerado en la ejecución del proyecto: “Mejoramiento de calles en el A.H. 10 de setiembre, distrito de Chimbote, provincia del santa - Ancash, II- etapa, SNIP N° 216696”; el cual será precedente en la bibliografía a consultar para el desarrollo de proyectos afines.Este trabajo de investigación pretende ilustrar de manera general como se debe realizar la dirección de proyectos en obras de pistas y veredas; aplicándose las buenas prácticas de dirección de proyectos del PMI y Lean Construction. También se establecerán procedimientos debidamente configurados de acuerdo con la realidad de la compañia, cuyas salidas permitirán gestionar y cumplir con el alcance, tiempo, costo y calidad del proyecto y evitar incurrir en sobrecostos, ampliaciones de plazo, costos de no calidad, entre otros. Finalmente, este trabajo de investigación busca mediante la implementación del plan para la dirección de proyectos; optimizar el uso de los recursos empleados durante la ejecución, detectar y corregir las desviaciones tanto del índice de desempeño de la programación y de costo (SPI, CPI) del proyecto y estandarizar los procesos.

The research work carried out aims to show that the implementation of the standards and good practices of the PMBOK® sixth edition and the Lean Construction philosophy are very useful for the implementation of the project management plan: "Improvement of streets in the AH September 10, Chimbote district, Santa province - Ancash, II- stage, SNIP N ° 216696”; which will be a precedent in the bibliography to be consulted for the development of related projects.This research work aims to illustrate in a general way how the management of projects in works of tracks and sidewalks should be carried out; applying the good project management practices of PMI and Lean Construction. Procedures duly configured according to the reality of the company will also be established, whose outputs will allow managing and complying with the scope, time, cost and quality of the project and avoid incurring cost overruns, term extensions, non-quality costs, among others.Finally, this research work seeks through the implementation of the plan for project management; optimize the use of the resources used during execution, detect and correct deviations in both the schedule performance index and cost (SPI, CPI) of the project and standardize processes.
