Colegio de Educación Básica Regular Primaria y Secundaria en Ancón

Abstract

Este estudio tiene como propósito proponer soluciones arquitectónicas que aborden el déficit cualitativo en las instituciones educativas. El proyecto planteado consiste en el diseño de una escuela de educación básica regular ubicada en el distrito de Ancón. Considerando los elevados índices de deserción escolar y el rápido crecimiento demográfico en la zona, se proyecta construir esta nueva institución educativa en la Ciudad Pyme, cerca de la futura Ciudad Bicentenario. El objetivo principal es reducir significativamente la brecha en infraestructura educativa y garantizar que los niños y jóvenes de la región tengan acceso a este derecho fundamental. El proyecto pretende contribuir a la mejora de la calidad arquitectónica de las infraestructuras educativas tradicionales, adaptándolas a las demandas de las nuevas generaciones. Se priorizarán aspectos como la flexibilidad, la integración con el entorno urbano inmediato, la conexión con áreas verdes y el uso de estrategias bioclimáticas para asegurar el confort en los espacios, factores esenciales para elevar la calidad de los colegios. Asimismo, el diseño buscará fortalecer el sentido de pertenencia en la comunidad, habilitando el uso de espacios como el SUM, talleres y áreas deportivas fuera del horario escolar. Esto permitirá que tanto los estudiantes como los vecinos valoren y cuiden el colegio, fomentando un vínculo positivo entre la institución y su entorno.

This study aims to propose architectural solutions to address the qualitative deficit in educational institutions. The proposed project involves the design of a regular basic education school located in the Ancón district. Taking into account the high dropout rates and rapid population growth in the area, this new educational institution is planned to be built in Ciudad Pyme, near the future Ciudad Bicentenario. The main objective is to significantly reduce the educational infrastructure gap and ensure that children and young people in the region have access to this fundamental right. The project seeks to contribute to the improvement of the architectural quality of traditional educational infrastructures, adapting them to the demands of new generations. Priority will be given to aspects such as flexibility, integration with the immediate urban environment, connection to green areas, and the use of bioclimatic strategies to ensure comfort in the spaces, which are essential factors to enhance the quality of schools. Furthermore, the design aims to strengthen the community's sense of belonging by enabling the use of spaces such as the multipurpose room (SUM), workshops, and sports courts outside school hours. This will foster a positive relationship between the institution and its surroundings, encouraging both students and neighbors to value and take care of the school.
