Centro Cultural de Artes Escénicas en Huánuco

Abstract

En la presente tesis, se explica el proceso de desarrollo del proyecto “Centro Cultural de Artes escénicas en Huánuco”. Se localiza el proyecto en el departamento y provincia de Huánuco por ser un lugar representativo en el ámbito cultural del país y por la necesidad de la población huanuqueña de contar con una infraestructura adecuada que albergue las diferentes asociaciones culturales existentes en la actualidad. Por este motivo, se plantea una edificación cultural óptima, aplicando el concepto de arquitectura permeable, que consiste en establecer conexiones entre el espacio interior y su entorno con el fin de otorgar conectividad tanto física como visual y darle continuidad a la ciudad. El diseño planteado es una respuesta a las características urbanas del distrito, donde se plantean espacios que se encuentran abiertos a la ciudad para que se lleven a cabo diferentes actividades y eventos que ofrecen lugares de convivencia. El nuevo edificio de centro cultural de artes escénicas se plantea como un proyecto del sector público, orientado al ámbito académico y sociocultural. Se encargará de transmitir las diferentes manifestaciones artísticas mediante una arquitectura que integre el proyecto y la calle (actual escenario de las danzas) y así rescatar, promover y difundir su cultura.

This thesis explains the development process of the project “Cultural Center of Performing Arts in Huánuco”. The project is located in the department and province of Huánuco because it is a representative place in the cultural sphere of the country and because of the need of the Huánuco population to have an adequate infrastructure that houses the different cultural associations that currently exist. Therefore, an optimal cultural building is proposed, applying the concept of permeable architecture, which consists of establishing connections between the interior space and its environment in order to provide both physical and visual connectivity and give continuity to the city. The proposed design is a response to the urban characteristics of the district, where spaces open to the city are proposed so that different activities and events can be carried out that offer places for coexistence. The new building of the cultural center for performing arts is proposed as a public sector project, oriented to the academic and sociocultural field. He will be in charge of transmitting the different artistic manifestations through an architecture that integrates the project and the street (current scene of the dances) and thus rescue, promote and disseminate its culture.
