Residencia Estudiantil en Chorrillos

Abstract

En estos años el impacto de las universidades prestigiosas en el País ha sido un punto focal de interés por parte de los estudiantes para acceder a su educación superior, migrando hacia la capital con un sinónimo de mayores oportunidades. Desde ese entonces se tiene una gran oportunidad de negocio cerca a estas universidades, donde varias familias realizan adaptaciones a sus viviendas para generar un ingreso económico extra y dar alojamiento cerca de sus zonas de estudio. Sin embargo, en muchas ocasiones estos “espacios habitables” no cuentan con servicios que ayuden a complementar su desarrollo personal, académico y social, así como también no contar con buena infraestructura. Es por ello que el presente proyecto está dirigido a albergar estudiantes de diferentes niveles socioeconómicos con los espacios que necesitan garantizando su seguridad y confort mientras llevan sus estudios superiores, otorgando el buen uso de vivir en comunidad. La propuesta en cuanto al diseño por medio de la arquitectura modular será esencial para que sea conducido como un proyecto inmobiliario por la estandarización del módulo. Además, la ubicación del proyecto es rentable por su cercanía a universidades prestigiosas, oficinas, centros comerciales, condominios, policlínicos, etc. Estando el distrito de Chorrillos bajo la mira de los proyectos inmobiliarios en Lima Sur.

In recent years, the impact of prestigious universities in the country has been a focal point of interest for students to access higher education, migrating to the capital with a synonym for greater opportunities. Since then, there has been a great business opportunity near these universities, where several families make adaptations to their homes to generate extra income and provide accommodation near their study areas. The proposal regarding the design through modular architecture will be essential for it to be conducted as a real estate project due to the standardization of the module. In addition, the location of the project is profitable due to its proximity to prestigious universities, offices, shopping centers, condominiums, polyclinics, etc. The Chorrillos district is under the spotlight of real estate projects in South Lima.
