RELACIÓN DE LA INDUSTRIA 4.0 Y LA LOGÍSTICA INTERNACIONAL EN LOS OPERADORES LOGÍSTICOS DE LA REGIÓN CALLAO ENTRE LOS AÑOS 2020-2023

Abstract

El actual estudio presenta como propósito determinar en qué medida la Industria 4.0 se relaciona con la logística internacional de los operadores logísticos de la Región Callao entre los años 2020-2023. La población se conformó por 54 operadores logísticos existentes en el Perú, entre Lima, Callao, Paita y demás ciudades, de los cuales 20 empresas tienen como domicilio fiscal el Callao y fueron parte de la muestra. La metodología desarrollada se enmarca en un enfoque cuantificable, de tipo básica, alcance correlacional y diseño sin experimentación. Respecto a los resultados de la investigación, se aplicó el test de correlación de Spearman que con rho=0.654 y Sig. = 0.002, se estipulo que hay una correlación positiva considerable entre la industria 4.0 y la logística internacional. Y en cuanto a las hipótesis específicas, se determinó que existe relación positiva media entre el IoT y la logística internacional (rho=0.487 y Sig=0.029), relación positiva considerable entre la digitalización de procesos y la logística internacional (rho=0.753 y Sig=0.000) y relación positiva media entre el Big data y la logística internacional (rho=0.496 y Sig=0.026). En conclusión, tanto la variable industria 4.0 como cada dimensión se correlacionan de manera positiva con la logística internacional, evidenciando que la información precisa a tiempo real dada por la coordinación que proporciona la digitalización de procesos, es uno de los factores más influyentes en la logística.

The purpose of this research is to determine to what extent Industry 4.0 is related to the international logistics of logistics operators in the Callao Region between 2020-2023. The population was made up of 54 logistics operators existing in Peru, between Lima, Callao, Paita and other cities, of which 20 companies have their fiscal domicile in Callao and were part of the sample. The methodology developed is framed in a quantitative approach, of a basic type, correlational scope and non-experimental design. Regarding the results of the research, the Spearman correlation test was applied with rho = 0.654 and Sig. = 0.002, it was determined that there is a considerable positive correlation between industry 4.0 and international logistics. And as for the specific hypotheses, it was determined that there is a medium positive relationship between IoT and international logistics (rho=0.487 and Sig=0.029), a considerable positive relationship between process digitalization and international logistics (rho=0.753 and Sig=0.000) and a medium positive relationship between Big Data and international logistics (rho=0.496 and Sig=0.026). In conclusion, both the Industry 4.0 variable and each of its dimensions are positively correlated with international logistics, showing that the precise real-time information provided by the coordination provided by process digitalization is one of the most influential factors in logistics.
