En la actualidad, existe un déficit de albergues en el Perú, esto ocurre porque muchos orfanatos no cumplen con los requerimientos por falta de apoyo económico. El presente informe propone un albergue para menores de edad en el distrito de Villa el Salvador, localizado en el departamento de Lima- Perú. Villa el Salvador es uno de los distritos más poblados y pobres en Lima Metropolitana. Además, cuenta con la mayor cifra de maltrato infantil; por ello, el proyecto se desarrollará complementando el PLAN LIMA 2035 que busca implementar más equipamiento urbano. Para la investigación, se continuó analizando el Centro de Atención Infantil (CAR) mediante la Arquitectura lúdica; usuarios, programación arquitectónica y recintos. Asimismo, se determinó el terreno ideal en donde se emplazará el proyecto, evaluando su entorno inmediato y características que presenta. Por último, se obtiene los criterios de diseño que se debe considerar en el CAR infantil, tomando en cuento los requerimientos del énfasis y tipología.Currently, there is a shortage of shelters in Peru, because many orphanages do not meet the requirements due to lack of financial support. This report proposes a shelter for minors in the district of Villa el Salvador, located in the department of Lima, Peru. Villa el Salvador is one of the most populated and poorest districts in Metropolitan Lima. In addition, it has the highest rate of child abuse; therefore, the project will be developed complementing the PLAN LIMA 2035, which seeks to implement more urban facilities. For the research, we continued analyzing the Child Care Center (CAR) by means of Playful Architecture; users, architectural programming and enclosures. Likewise, the ideal site where the project will be located was determined, evaluating its immediate surroundings and characteristics. Finally, the design criteria to be considered in the CAR for children were obtained, taking into account the requirements of the emphasis and typology.
