This project focuses on the development of a university residence with an emphasis on modular architecture in the district of Santiago de Surco. The primary users are non-resident students pursuing their studies in Lima. This document addresses various aspects, including the typology and architectural approach, the understanding of the users, the translation of their needs into an architectural program, the selection of an appropriate site, and the design of the building, considering its volumetric, spatial, and functional dimensions. The objective is not only to provide accommodation for students but also to foster the development of a community.
