Optimizing business management of the company XFLY FUNCIONAL TRAININGAbstract
El presente trabajo de investigación propone la optimización de la gestión empresarial de la empresa XFLY, dedicada al rubro de servicios de actividades físico-deportivas, catalogado como un centro fitness que proporcionan bienestar a las personas. Asimismo, el objetivo del trabajo es que la empresa logre maximizar la eficiencia en los procesos productivos y que esto conlleve a una reducción del precio final de sus membresías. La idea de negocio es que la Xfly venda una cantidad mayor de membresías, en la actualidad la venta de membresías ha disminuido por la entrada de gimnasios tipo low cost. También se busca fidelizar al cliente mediante una experiencia de servicio de calidad con un precio atractivo. En el análisis, evidenciamos que existen tendencias actuales que originan oportunidades que ayudan a este tipo de negocios. Asimismo, la experiencia y conocimientos de Xfly en el rubro, sumado de una mejora en la gestión empresarial, permitirá a la empresa Xfly ser una empresa rentable y de alto potencial.This research work proposes the optimization of the business management of the company XFLY, dedicated to the field of physical-sports activities services, classified as a fitness center that provides well-being to people. Likewise, the objective of the work is for the company to maximize efficiency in production processes and for this to lead to a reduction in the final price of its memberships. The business idea is for Xfly to sell a greater number of memberships; currently, membership sales have decreased due to the entry of low-cost gyms. It also seeks to build customer loyalty through a quality service experience at an attractive price. In the analysis, we show that there are current trends that create opportunities that help this type of business. Likewise, Xfly's experience and knowledge in the field, added to an improvement in business management, will allow the company Xfly to be a profitable company with high potential.
