Este estudio se centra en analizar variables clave, como el valor percibido, la conciencia de la salud y los esfuerzos promocionales, en relación con la intención de recompra de alimentos orgánicos. Hemos empleado una metodología estándar, cuantitativa y no experimental mediante la realización de 400 encuestas a consumidores recurrentes de alimentos orgánicos en Lima, Perú. El análisis de datos fue hecho con SmartPLS.This study focuses on analyzing key variables, such as perceived value, health consciousness and promotional efforts, in relation to repurchase intention of organic foods. We have used a standard, quantitative and non-experimental methodology by carrying out 400 surveys of recurring consumers of organic foods in Lima, Peru. Data analysis was performed with SmartPLS.
