La gestión administrativa y su impacto como punto clave para mejorar el tiempo de ejecución de servicios en una empresa MYPE, del sector industrial. D&G PERÚ SERVICIOS GENERALES E.I.R.L.

Abstract

Durante los años, las empresas MYPES han ido reflejando un crecimiento significativo. Tal es el caso de la empresa D&G Perú. Una empresa del sector industrial, y que, mediante sus servicios de la fabricación de productos metálicos para uso estructural y reparación de maquinaria, ha ido posicionándose en el mercado industrial B2B. Sin embargo, debido a una mala gestión administrativa, presente problemas de demora en la entrega de sus servicios. Por ello, se procede a analizar a la empresa mediante un estudio cualitativo e identificar las cusas que conllevan al problema. Finalmente, se proponen soluciones basadas en la gestión administrativa con el fin de reestructurar a la organización y potenciar su facturación.

Over the years, MYPES companies have been reflecting significant growth. Such is the case of the company D&G Perú. A company in the industrial sector, which, through its services in the manufacturing of metal products for structural use and machinery repair, has been positioning itself in the B2B industrial market. However, due to poor administrative management, it presents problems of delay in the delivery of its services. Therefore, we proceed to analyze the company through a qualitative study and identify the causes that led to the problem. Finally, solutions based on administrative management are proposed to restructure the organization and enhance its billing.
