En este trabajo se realiza un análisis de la campaña "Un Héroe Quiere" de Grupo Robles & Yasikov, centrada en la narrativa audiovisual aplicada en marketing inmobiliario. La investigación se enfoca en tres tipos de contenido clave: un spot lanzamiento que introduce la campaña, un video de pauta orientado a ventas digitales, y un video informativo que destaca las características del proyecto sin inducir directamente a la venta. Estos contenidos fueron diseñados para maximizar la interacción con el público, fortaleciendo tanto el vínculo emocional como la imagen de marca de la empresa.In this work, an analysis of the "A Hero Wants" campaign by Grupo Robles & Yasikov is carried out, focused on audiovisual narrative applied in real estate marketing. The research focuses on three types of key content: a launch spot that introduces the campaign, an advertising video aimed at digital sales, and an informative video that highlights the characteristics of the project without directly inducing a sale. These contents were designed to maximize interaction with the public, strengthening both the emotional bond and the company's brand image.
