Propuesta de mejora para incrementar la productividad de la línea de gorros en una empresa del sector textil aplicando las herramientas TPM y SMED

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene la finalidad de buscar la mejor solución a la problemática de la baja productividad de la empresa Confecciones Alexandra que pertenece a la categoría de pequeña empresa, este problema afecta negativamente en los ingresos de la empresa, con alrededor de S/. 51 mil o $ 13,599.35. Ante esta problemática, se implementarán distintas herramientas Lean para incrementar la productividad de la línea de gorros para empresas que es la que genera mayores ingresos a la empresa. El TPM reducirá la frecuencia de paradas no programadas al implementar los planes de mantenimiento planificado, actividades de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo y el cálculo del MTBF Y MTTR inicial y final para medir el logro de la implementación. Finalmente, SMED buscará reducirá el tiempo de set up en el proceso productivo, convirtiendo las actividades internas en externas para reducir el set up time.

The purpose of this research work is to find the best solution to the problem of low productivity of the company Confecciones Alexandra, which belongs to the category of small business. This problem negatively affects the company's income, with around S/. 51 thousand or $13,599.35. Given this problem, different Lean tools will be implemented to increase the productivity of the line of hats for companies, which is the one that generates the greatest income for the company. The TPM will reduce the frequency of unscheduled shutdowns by implementing planned maintenance plans, corrective and preventive maintenance activities and calculating the initial and final MTBF and MTTR to measure implementation achievement. Finally, SMED will seek to reduce the set-up time in the production process, converting internal activities into external ones to reduce the set-up time.
