The present project arises in response to the growing sustainable tourism that has characterized the development of the city of Paracas, located in the Ica region. This phenomenon is mainly due to the tourist attractions present in the Paracas National Reserve and the Ballestas Islands, which highlight the city's tourism potential, especially regarding nature tourism. Paracas has consolidated itself as one of the most important tourist destinations for both domestic and international visitors, who come in search of recreation and relaxation. The constant growth in the number of visitors has generated an increasing demand for hotel accommodation, reflected in the full occupancy of resorts during high seasons. To address this demand, there is a need to increase hotel capacity in the area. In this context, the construction of a resort hotel with a particular focus on eco-tech architecture is proposed. This project aims not only to meet the tourist demand but also to create infrastructure that respects the environment and minimizes its negative impact. To achieve this, energy efficiency is prioritized, and efforts are made to develop architecture that is more in line with the natural environment of Paracas.
