OPTIMIZACIÓN DE LA GESTIÓN DE COSTO PARA EL PROYECTO DE MEJORAMIENTO SANITARIO DE LAS ÁREAS MARGINALES DE LIMA, LOTE 7 Y 10-DISTRITO DE PUENTE PIEDRA, 2024 MEDIANTE LA GESTIÓN DEL VALOR GANADO

Abstract

La presente investigación se centró en la optimización de la gestión de costos para el proyecto de mejoramiento sanitario en las áreas marginales de Lima, específicamente en los lotes 7 y 10 del distrito de Puente Piedra. El objetivo principal fue mejorar la eficiencia en la gestión financiera mediante la aplicación del método de la gestión del valor ganado. La metodología empleada incluyó un análisis exhaustivo de la estructura de costos, la planificación y el control de costos, así como la identificación de funciones y deberes dentro del grupo de trabajo. Se utilizaron herramientas de monitoreo y evaluación para facilitar la toma de decisiones. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron una mejora significativa en la gestión de costos, con una reducción de las desviaciones entre el valor ganado y el costo real del proyecto. Esto permitió una mejor asignación de recursos y una mayor transparencia en la ejecución del proyecto. Las conclusiones indicaron que la implementación de prácticas efectivas de gestión de costos no solo optimizó el uso de los recursos financieros, sino que también contribuyó al crecimiento sostenible y mejora del bienestar de comunidades marginadas de Lima.

This research focused on optimizing cost management for the sanitation improvement project in the marginal areas of Lima, specifically in lots 7 and 10 of the Puente Piedra district. The main objective was to enhance the financial management efficiency of the project through the implementation of earned value management. The methodology employed included a thorough analysis of the cost structure, planning and cost control, as well as the identification of roles and responsibilities within the project team. Monitoring and evaluation tools were utilized to facilitate informed decision-making. The results obtained showed a significant improvement in cost management, with a reduction in deviations between the earned value and the actual cost of the project. This allowed for better resource allocation and greater transparency in project execution. The conclusions indicated that the implementation of effective cost management practices not only optimized the use of financial resources but also contributed to sustainable development and the well-being of marginalized communities in Lima.
