El objetivo de esta tesis es analizar la relación entre las competencias del liderazgo servidor y la satisfacción laboral en PYMES del sector alimentario de Lima metropolitana durante el 2023. En consecuencia, se llevaron a cabo investigaciones sobre las diversas dimensiones y teorías que abarcan ambas variables. La metodología empleada se caracteriza por ser correlacional y de diseño no experimental de tipo transversal. Para la medición de las variables, se utilizó una encuesta, la cual fue diseñada con una escala de Likert y aplicada a una muestra de 256 colaboradores del sector alimentario. Se llegó a la conclusión de que existe una correlación positiva entre el liderazgo servidor y la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores en las PYMES del sector alimentario en Lima metropolitana en el 2023, resultado que fue determinado a través del coeficiente de rho de Spearman. Finalmente, se elaboraron las conclusiones las cuales logran responder a nuestro objetivo principal y específicos, y se dio algunas recomendaciones para investigaciones futuras.The objective of this thesis is to analyze the relationship between servant leadership competencies and job satisfaction in SMEs in the food sector of metropolitan Lima during 2023. Accordingly, research was conducted on the various dimensions and theories that encompass both variables. The methodology used is characterized as correlational and non-experimental cross-sectional design. A survey was used to measure the variables, which was designed with a Likert scale and applied to a sample of 256 collaborators in the food sector. It was concluded that there is a positive correlation between servant leadership and job satisfaction of workers in SMEs in the food sector in metropolitan Lima in 2023, a result that was determined through Spearman's rho coefficient. Finally, conclusions were drawn which respond to our main and specific objective, and some recommendations for future research were given.
