The world came to a standstill due to an atypical global event, called a "Pandemic" due to the SARS-COV2 virus, for which many sectors were plunged into recession, while others such as the health sector achieved a great heyday. This is how companies in the health sector: Hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and importing companies increased their income. However, due to the high demand, many importing companies were not able to supply themselves optimally, due to not having a mature or optimal logistics area to support the large increase in orders. It is known that the average delivery time in the health sector is approximately 72 hours or 3 days, given the urgent need for this type of goods. For the development of this project, we will focus on a company that imports and markets medical devices in Peru that has incurred losses of up to 6% of its sales, as a result of high demand and low response capacity. We propose the Lean Warehousing as a model of solution on this case of study.
