Análisis Y Diseño De Un Edificio Sismorresistente de Cuatro Niveles De Concreto Armado En Zona De Alta Sismicidad Ubicado En El Distrito De Huacho, Provincia De Huaura

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar el análisis y diseño estructural de un edificio multifamiliar ubicado en el distrito de Huacho el cual se encuentra dentro de la zona de alta sismicidad de acuerdo con la clasificación dado por la norma E.030. El área de terreno es de 180 m2 y se cuenta con un área techada de 672.80 m2. El presenta trabajo se divide cinco partes: La primera parte se realiza una descripción de la distribución arquitectónica y se describen sus características generales. Se menciona además las normativas a emplear para la realización el diseño estructural. La segunda parte engloba el pre dimensionamiento de los elementos estructurales y la estructuración de la edificación. La tercera parte abarca el análisis sísmico del edificio el cual se divide en el análisis estático y dinámico de acuerdo con los lineamientos dados por la norma E.030. En la cuarta parte se desarrolla el diseño de los elementos estructurales de acuerdo a los lineamientos de la norma E.060. Finalmente, se presentan los planos estructurales de acuerdo al diseño sismorresistente desarrollado en el presente trabajo.

The objective of this work is to carry out the analysis and structural design of a multi- family building located in the Huacho district which is within the high seismicity zone according to the classification given by E.030. The land area is 180 m2 and there is a covered area of 672.80 m2. The present work is divided into five parts: The first part provides a description of the architectural distribution and describes its general characteristics. The regulations to be used to carry out the structural design are also mentioned. The second part includes the pre-sizing of the structural elements and the structuring of the building. The third part covers the seismic analysis of the building which is divided into static and dynamic analysis according to the guidelines given by E.030. In the fourth part, the design of the structural elements is developed according to the guidelines of the E.060. Finally, the structural plans are presented according to the earthquake-resistant design developed in this work.
