La Escuela Superior de Artes Escénicas ubicada en la ciudad de Arequipa, comprendida dentro de la categoría de Educación y Cultura, cuyo principal rol es formar profesionales especializadas en los campos de docencia y enseñanza artística profesional de las diferentes especialidades como teatro, danza y música. La escuela situada en el distrito de Arequipa refuerza el papel del arte en la educación al promover y preservar la identidad colectiva como medio para entender el contexto sociocultural actual. Está dirigida principalmente a jóvenes de 16 a 25 años, así como a docentes y profesionales del sector. Su objetivo principal es asegurar el Aprendizaje Experimental, estimulando al artista a través de su entorno construido, utilizando estrategias vinculadas a la Neuroarquitectura. Así, conceptos como la Flexibilidad y la Acústica Arquitectónica cobran importancia en el proyecto al diseñar espacios que, con características específicas, proporcionen apoyo cognitivo para el desarrollo integral.
