Propuesta de mejora para incrementar el OEE en una empresa pyme del sector textil en Lima mediante las herramientas Lean, TPM y SMED

Abstract

FormaLa presente investigación busca mejorar la eficiencia general de equipos en las empresas mypes manufactureras del sector textil. Este estudio se realizó en una empresa manufacturera ubicada en Carabayllo, se verificó que el tiempo que se planifica para realizar las actividades sea realmente productivo, obteniéndose un OEE de 62, 01 %. Al observar esta anomalía, se planteó brindar las soluciones necesarias, esto se realizó con la implementación de las herramientas Lean, SMED, y TPM, enfocándonos en los pilares de Mantenimiento Planificado y Formación y Entrenamiento.

Luego de la implementación de dichas herramientas, se obtuvo un OEE del 85.05%.

Finalmente, se evidencia la solución del problema con ayuda de las herramientas Lean, 5S, SMED, y TPM en una empresa mype del sector textil

This research seeks to improve the general efficiency of equipment in mypes manufacturing companies in the textile sector. This study was carried out in a manufacturing company located in Carabayllo, it was verified that the time planned to carry out the activities is truly productive, obtaining an OEE of 62.01%. Upon observing this anomaly, it was proposed to provide the necessary solutions, this was done with the implementation of Lean, SMED, and TPM tools, focusing on the pillars of Planned Maintenance and Training and Training.

After the implementation of these tools, an OEE of 85.05% was obtained.

Finally, the solution to the problem is evident with the help of Lean, SMED, and TPM tools in a mype company in the textile sector.
