Mejora en la gestión de proveedores de bienes y servicios: El caso de una Cooperativa

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es proponer la alternativa más efectiva para optimizar y mejorar la gestión de proveedores de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abaco. En un complicado y desafiante contexto, la mejora en los procesos es clave para generar una ventaja competitiva. Este trabajo está compuesto de 3 capítulos. En el primero se definirá el contexto de la organización y la presentación del problema que hemos identificado. En el segundo, se describirá las posibles alternativas de solución. En el tercer capítulo se enfocará en analizar las 3 alternativas, compararlas e identificar sus implicancias.

The objective of this work is to propose the most effective alternative to optimize and improve supplier management of the Abaco Savings and Credit Cooperative. In a complicated and challenging context, process improvement is key to generating a competitive advantage. This work is made up of 3 chapters. In the first, the context of the organization and the presentation of the problem that we have identified will be defined. In the second, the possible alternative solutions will be described. The third chapter will focus on analyzing the 3 alternatives, comparing them and identifying their implications.
