El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional tiene por objetivo identificar una alternativa de solución viable ante la problemática operacional y procesal que sufre la empresa DPA ADUANAS, la cual ofrece el servicio de agencia de carga internacional y agencia de aduana; asimismo, la compañía refiere no contar un sistema óptimo para agilizar el proceso de importación de sus clientes, además de poder reducir los indicadores de riesgo ante alguna omisión documentaria de parte de los diversos proveedores. Por esta razón, se identificaron tres posibles alternativas de solución: En primer lugar, se optó la implementación de oficinas físicas en China, puesto que es el país de donde se realizan la mayor parte de importaciones. En segundo lugar, la implementación de un CRM para la agilización de datos y de esta forma poder acceder de manera remota a la data de parte del proveedor y cliente. Finalmente, la contratación de un outsourcing - BPO la cual permita reducir parte de los procesos de gestión documentaria al momento de la importación y/o exportación, lo cual permitirá a la empresa poder optimizar recursos económicos.The objective of this work of professional sufficiency is to identify a viable alternative solution to the problem suffered by the company DPA ADUANAS, which offers the service of international cargo agency and customs agency; also, the company refers to not having an optimal system to streamline the import process of its customers, in addition to being able to reduce the risk indicators to some documentary omission on the part of the various suppliers. For this reason, three possible alternative solutions were identified. Firstly, the implementation of physical offices in China, since it is the country where most of the imports are made, secondly, the implementation of a CRM to streamline data and remotely access the data to perform the due process of customs clearance and finally the hiring of a service company which allows to have physical presence in the offices of the main customers of the company, this working model is also known as In House work model, which can be found at the time of hiring an Outsourcing -TI.
