Sistema de gestión comercial de productos agropecuarios y agroindustriales para una entidad pública del sector agrario

Abstract

Los sistemas de gestión y de reportes comerciales son herramientas necesarias para medir los indicadores de negocio y calcular el cumplimiento de las metras dentro de un plazo razonable. Sin embargo, un sistema comercial de uso general no siempre se alinea a las necesidades de una organización grande, en especial, si es una organización gubernamental del sector agrario que maneja datos de miles de proveedores y consumidores a nivel nacional. En este sentido, el presente proyecto tiene como objetivo el análisis, diseño, construcción y pruebas de un sistema de gestión y generación de reportes comerciales diseñado exclusivamente para el manejo de los datos de productos agropecuarios y agroindustriales.

En el presente documento se presentan las fases de desarrollo del sistema mencionado en el párrafo anterior. Primero, se identifican las necesidades del negocio y su alineamiento con los objetivos del sistema comercial. Segundo, se plantean los conceptos académicos involucrados y necesarios de comprender para el desarrollo del proyecto. Tercero, se muestran la implementación del sistema de acuerdo con las especificaciones iniciales. Por último, se realizan pruebas y validaciones para corroborar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio.

Management and commercial reporting systems are necessary tools to measure business indicators and calculate compliance with goals within a reasonable period. However, a general-purpose commercial system does not always align with the needs of a large organization, especially if it is a government organization in the agricultural sector that manages data from thousands of suppliers and consumers nationwide. In this sense, the objective of this project is the analysis, design, construction and testing of a management and commercial reporting system designed exclusively for the management of data on agricultural and agro-industrial products.

This document presents the development phases of the system mentioned in the previous paragraph. First, the business needs and their alignment with the objectives of the business system are identified. Second, the academic concepts involved and necessary to understand for the development of the project are presented. Third, the implementation of the system according to the initial specifications is shown. Finally, tests and validations are carried out to corroborate compliance with business objectives
