Mejora del proceso en el sistema de pagos en una empresa privada de arquitectura e ingeniería

Abstract

El presente informe permitirá conocer la problemática de la empresa Masimaginaria, la cual se dedicada al rubro de arquitectura e ingeniería. Cabe mencionar que el origen del retraso de pagos hacia los proveedores se dio por distintas causas que se detallaran en el transcurrir de los capítulos. Asimismo, el objetivo de esta investigación es implementar una solución que ayude con las actividades de las áreas implicadas al proyecto. El enfoque utilizado en esta investigación es cualitativo explorativo y descriptivo, esto se debe a la utilización de las entrevistas a expertos y la formulación de matriz de evaluación de soluciones para identificar la alternativa óptima para el problema. La investigación permitió conocer el alcance del retraso de pago por la falta de una herramienta tecnológica para la facilitación de actividades. Es por ello, que mediante una comparativa de alternativas se eligió la terca alternativa la cual incluye la implementación Sistema de Gestión Integrado, la cual ayudara a que se monitoree los avances del proyecto y permitirá que las áreas involucradas puedan tener la información de manera más fácil y por ende, se evitara que se retrase los pagos.

This report will allow us to know the problems of the company Masimaginaria, which is dedicated to the field of architecture and engineering. It should be mentioned that the origin of the delay in payments to suppliers was due to different causes that will be detailed in the course of the chapters. Likewise, the objective of this research is to implement a solution that helps with the activities of the areas involved in the project. The approach used in this research is qualitative, exploratory and descriptive, this is due to the use interviews with experts and the formulation of a solution evaluation matrix to identify the optimal alternative for the problem. The investigation revealed the extent of the delay in payment due to the lack of a technological tool for the facilitation of activities. That is why, through a comparison of alternatives, the stubborn alternative was chosen, which includes the implementation of the Integrated Management System, which will help monitor the progress of project and will allow the areas involved to have the information more easily and therefore, avoid delaying payments.
