Terminal terrestre Sur

Abstract

El proyecto del Terminal Terrestre Sur nace con la idea de mejorar uno de los puntos más críticos de la ciudad de Lima en cuanto al sistema de transporte, para ello se tuvo en cuenta como hito del proyecto la ubicación. En el contenido de este documento se encuentra la información sobre la realidad nacional del transporte interprovincial, y los grandes problemas causantes de un sistema informal y desordenado. Después de analizar toda la problemática se toma información sobre los diferentes estudios realizados en el Perú sobre la actual demanda y la necesidad del transporte interdepartamental con el fin de obtener un programa acorde al crecimiento de la población y la necesidad de su movilidad. Para el diseño se realiza un análisis del ámbito, con el fin de otorgar un espacio público recreacional. A su vez también se realiza el estudio de Terminales terrestres a nivel internacional para incorporar al programa los paquetes funcionales actualizados. Finalmente se mostrará al término del proyecto un diseño donde entrega al usuario no solo un espacio para moverse de un lugar a otro sino también de estar y recreación, mimetizando el terminal con la ciudad y el espacio.

The content of this document includes information on the national reality of interprovincial transport, and the great problems caused by an informal and disorderly system. After analyzing all the problems, information is taken from the different studies carried out in Peru on the current demand and needs for interdepartmental transport in order to obtain a program according to the growth of the population and the need for its mobility. In order to grant a recreational public space, an analysis of the area is carried out. At the same time, the study of Terrestrial Terminals at an international level is also carried out to incorporate the updated functional packages into the program. Finally, at the end of the project, the design gives the user not only a space to move from one place to another but also to a place to stay, enjoy and recreate. The project is meant to create a sense of camouflage between the city and the space where it will be located.
