El presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional (TSP), aborda los estilos de liderazgo de los supervisores para el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del área de servicio post venta de Zapler S.A.C. El objetivo principal del TSP es analizar los estilos de liderazgo para el buen desempeño de los líderes y supervisores, con el fin de mejorar el servicio postventa de la empresa Se realizó bajo el enfoque cualitativo mediante un diseño tipo descriptivo, aplicando como técnica entrevistas semiestructuradas e índice de satisfacción al cliente. Se concluyó que mejorar el desempeño de los supervisores en liderazgo puede lograrse mediante programas de entrenamiento para que se mantengan actualizados en las mejores prácticas de post venta y satisfacción en la atención al cliente.This Professional Sufficiency Work (TSP) deals with the leadership styles of supervisors for the work performance of employees in the after-sales service area of the Zapler SAC. The main objective of the TSP is to analyze leadership styles for the good performance of leaders and supervisors, in order to improve the company's after-sales service. It was carried out under a qualitative approach using a descriptive design, applying a semi-structured interview as a technique. and a customer satisfaction index survey. It was concluded that improving the leadership performance of supervisors can be achieved through training programs so that they remain updated in the best post-sales practices and customer service satisfaction.
