El objetivo de la presente investigación consiste en determinar la influencia de la cultura organizacional sobre el clima laboral en las empresas transnacionales de alimentos y bebidas en Lima Metropolitana. Para determinar este objetivo se analizaron tres dimensiones de la cultura organizacional, tales como: liderazgo gerencial, cultura de cambio y orientación a los resultados. Asimismo, para la variable clima laboral, se consideraron las siguientes dimensiones: motivación, proceso de influencia y factor humano. La metodología utilizada ha sido no experimental, transversal. Se aplicó como instrumento de estudio una encuesta de tipo Likert con una escala de 1 (totalmente en desacuerdo) a 5 (totalmente de acuerdo). Las condiciones para realizar el análisis fueron que los empleados tengan como mínimo tres años de experiencia en empresas transnacionales de alimentos y que estas compañías estén ubicadas geográficamente en Lima Metropolitana. Se aplicaron 375 encuestas, lo que representa la muestra total de empleados. Los resultados establecieron que la cultura organizacional tiene una fuerte influencia sobre el clima laboral en empresas transnacionales de alimentos y bebidas en Lima Metropolitana. Esto se corrobora con la regresión lineal de 0,800 obtenida entre cultura y clima.The objective of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture on the work environment in transnational food and beverage companies in Metropolitan Lima. To determine this objective, three dimensions of organizational culture were analyzed, such as: managerial leadership, culture of change, and results orientation. Likewise, for the work environment variable, the following dimensions were considered: motivation, influencing process and human factor. The methodology used has been non-experimental, cross-sectional. A Likert survey was applied as a study instrument with a scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). The conditions for carrying out the analysis were that the employees had at least three years of experience in transnational food and beverage companies and that these companies were geographically located in Metropolitan Lima. A total of 375 surveys were conducted, representing the total sample of employees. The results established that organizational culture has a strong influence on the work environment in transnational food and beverage companies in Metropolitan Lima. This is corroborated by the linear regression of 0.800 obtained between culture and climate.
