dc.description.abstractEl internado médico es la etapa en donde se realizan las prácticas preprofesionales para los estudiantes de medicina humana donde se emplean los conocimientos que han sido adquiridos en los años de carrera, bajo supervisión permanente por tutores docentes. En Perú, el sistema de salud consta del sector público y privado. En mi internado, tuve la oportunidad de poder rotar en ambos sectores que me permitió tener una visión más amplia sobre diferencias que pueden existir en el sistema de salud público y privado, siendo estos el Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho y la Clínica Sanna San Borja. En este consiste en los casos clínicos más significativos durante mi internado. Objetivo: describir, analizar y reflexionar sobre 30 casos clínicos en los que participe durante el Internado Médico. Metodología: es un estudio observacional de tipo descriptivo de los casos clínicos recolectados en el internado médico, de los que considero obtuve los aprendizajes más significativos. Resultados: se describen treinta casos clínicos de los que considero obtuve los aprendizajes más significativos presentados en el Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho y la Clinica Sanna San Borja. Conclusiones: el internado médico representa el último año de estudios de los estudiantes de la carrera de medicina humana. En mi internado me permitió obtener conocimientos y el desarrollar competencias son de importancia para mi desempeño profesional como médico general y permitirá ponerlo en práctica para el SERUMS. Además, influenciaron positivamente en mi desarrollo personal.
dc.description.abstractThe medical internship is the stage in which medical students carry out their pre-professional practices. In this internship, they use the knowledge they have acquired during their years of study. In Peru, the health system consists of the public and private sectors. In my internship, I had the opportunity to rotate in both sectors. This allowed me to have a broader vision of the differences that may exist in the public and private health system. The health facilities where I did my internship were the Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho and Clinica Sanna San Borja. This work consists of the most significant clinical cases during my internship. Objective: To describe, analyze, and reflect on 30 clinical cases in which I participated during the medical internship. Methodology: Descriptive observational study of the clinical cases collected during the medical internship. Results: 30 clinical cases presented at Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho and Clinica Sanna San Borja are described. Conclusions: The medical internship represents the last year of studies for medical students. My internship allowed me to obtain knowledge and to develop skills that are important for my professional performance as a general practitioner and will allow me to put it into practice for the Programa Servicio Rural y Urbano Marginal (SERUMS). In addition, the internship positively influenced my personal development.
