Biblioteca Pública en San Juan de Lurigancho

Abstract

La comprensión lectura, es un aspecto esencial y un pilar fundamental en el crecimiento intelectual de todos los jóvenes y adultos, el cual presenta graves problemas y deficiencias a nivel nacional. A pesar del crecimiento tecnológico y económico, la implementación de estructuras aptas para este cambio radical a lo digital no ha sido la óptima ni la requerida para los usuarios. La institución encargada de afrontar esta problemática es la biblioteca dirigida por un ente estatal. Tras ser vista como una institución flexible a cambios y adaptarse a su entorno, tanto digital como físico, es incierta hacia el futuro. La biblioteca representa una estructura fundamental en el acercamiento a una educación y aprendizaje óptimo para la actualidad o los años próximos. El documento presente se encarga de explorar las posibilidades arquitectónicas, desde una perspectiva permeable al tiempo, con el fin de reconocer y mostrar el valor, importancia e impacto que generan las bibliotecas en una ciudad.

Reading comprehension is an essential aspect and a fundamental pillar in the intellectual growth of all young people and adults, which presents serious deficiencies at the national level. Despite technological and economic growth, the implementation of structures suitable for this radical change to digital has not been optimal or required for users. The institution in charge of facing this problem is the library directed by a state entity. After being a flexible institution to change and adapt to its environment, both digital and physical, it is uncertain for the future. The library represents a fundamental structure in the approach to an optimal education and learning for today or the next years. The present document is in charge of exploring architectural possibilities, from a time permeable perspective, in order to recognize and spectacular the value, importance and impact that libraries generate in a city.
