El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar la influencia del liderazgo transformacional en el clima laboral de los colaboradores de los principales Bancos del Sistema Financiero Peruano (SFP) de Lima Metropolitana en 2023. Para ello, se explica cómo influye las dimensiones del liderazgo transformacional (influencia idealizada, motivación inspirada y estimulación intelectual) en el clima laboral. La investigación generó una metodología correlacional-causal y no experimental con medición cuantitativa a una muestra de 377 colaboradores de cuatro bancos, el cual se aplicó el instrumento del cuestionario. En los resultados, se estimó que la mayoría de los colaboradores expresaron nivel alto al liderazgo transformacional y al clima laboral. En conclusión, el liderazgo transformacional influyó en la mejora del clima laboral de los colaboradores de los principales Bancos del SFP de Lima Metropolitana en 2023. Estos nuevos aportes en la investigación son fundamentales para el sector bancario para lograr una mejor gestión y clima laboral.The objective of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership on the work environment of the employees of the main Banks of the Peruvian Financial System (SFP) of Metropolitan Lima in 2023. To do this, it is explained how the dimensions of transformational leadership influence (idealized influence, inspired motivation and intellectual stimulation) in the work environment. The research generated a correlational and non-experimental methodology with quantitative measurement to a sample of 377 employees from four banks, to which the questionnaire instrument was applied. In the results, it was estimated that the majority of employees expressed a high level of transformational leadership and the work environment. In conclusion, transformational leadership influenced the improvement of the work environment of the employees of the main SFP Banks of Metropolitan Lima in 2023. These new contributions in the research are fundamental for the banking sector to achieve better management and work environment.
