Diseño de complejo Religioso Comunitario Diocesano con criterios de Arquitectura Simbiótica en el cerro San Cristóbal – Lima al 2022

Abstract

El Religioso Comunitario del Cerro San Cristóbal, ubicado entre el distrito del Rímac y San Juan de Lurigancho, en Lima - Perú, es una intervención arquitectónica que se desarrolla por la necesidad de un equipamiento que pueda reunir las condiciones óptimas para albergar a los miles de feligreses y peregrinos que cada año rinden homenaje y elevan plegarias a la Cruz del Cerro San Cristóbal. Asimismo, se busca integrar al proyecto, espacios de acogida para la población aledaña que más carece de recursos económicos. La propuesta busca a través de los criterios de arquitectura simbiótica, otorgar a los peregrinos, visitantes y vecinos, espacios de calidad, reflexión, comodidad, colectividad y espiritualidad contribuyendo con la identidad religiosa, cultural y social del Cerro San Cristóbal. Esta investigación se basará en la simbiosis mutualista, es decir, aquella en la que ambas partes se benefician para finalmente obtener una subsistencia equilibrada. Este concepto aplicado a la arquitectura no es más que la relación armoniosa casi mimética entre el objeto arquitectónico y su entorno, en el que se mimetiza la parte arquitectónica con lo social, lo religioso y el entorno natural del cerro y los peregrinos a los que sirve. Finalmente, se concluye que los criterios de arquitectura simbiótica aplicados en el proyecto tienen como resultado un impacto positivo en los espacios religiosos, sociedad y entorno.

The Cerro San Cristóbal Religious Community Complex, located between the district of Rímac and San Juan de Lurigancho, in Lima - Peru, is an architectural intervention that is developed due to the need for equipment that can meet the optimal conditions to house the parishioners and pilgrims who each year pay homage and pray to the Cross of Cerro San Cristóbal. Likewise, it seeks to integrate into the project, reception spaces for the surrounding population with more economic resources. The proposal seeks, through the criteria of symbiotic architecture, to provide pilgrims, visitors and neighbors with quality spaces, reflection, comfort, collectivity and spirituality, contributing to the religious, cultural and social identity of Cerro San Cristóbal. This research will be based on mutualistic symbiosis, that is, the one in which both parties benefit to finally obtain a balanced subsistence. This concept applied to architecture is nothing more than the almost mimetic harmonious relationship between the architectural object and its environment, in which the architectural part blends in with the social, religious, and natural surroundings of the hill and the pilgrims it serves. Finally, it is concluded that the symbiotic architecture criteria applied in the project have a positive impact on religious spaces, society and the environment.
