El COVID-19 no solo ha afectado la salud física de las personas si no la salud mental de los mismos, en el Perú las personas más afectadas respecto a este virus han sido los adultos. Por ello, el objetivo del presente estudio busca determinar la relación entre la resiliencia y el bienestar psicológico en adultos mediante una estrategia asociativa con diseño correlacional simple. La muestra es de 117 participantes entre las edades comprendidas de 20 a 40 años que superaron la enfermedad de la COVID-19. Se les aplicó la Escala de Bienestar Psicológico para Adultos y Escala Breve de Afrontamiento Resiliente mediante un muestreo no probabilístico. Los resultados obtenidos refieren que existe consistencia y relación entre la variable resiliencia y bienestar psicológico para superar la enfermedad de la COVID-19. Con relación al sexo, se obtuvo que las mujeres puntúan más alto en bienestar psicológico, mientras que, los hombres puntúan más alto en resiliencia.COVID-19 has not only affected people's physical health but also their mental health. In Peru, the people most affected by this virus have been adults. Therefore, the objective of the present study seeks to determine the relationship between resilience and psychological well-being in adults through an associative strategy with a simple correlational design. The sample is 117 participants between the ages of 20 and 40 who overcame the COVID-19 disease. The Psychological Well-being Scale for Adults and the Brief Resilient Coping Scale were applied to them through non-probabilistic sampling. The results obtained indicate that there is consistency and relationship between the variable resilience and psychological well-being to overcome the COVID-19 disease.
